We manufacture timber ancillary products for the fenestration and construction industries.
All products are bespoke made to order so the exact section size, length and quantity can be specified. Unfinished, primed or fully painted.
Trims
Cover trims, D trims, Flat trims, Liners, Quadrants, Scotia moulds, Glazing beads, Timber Windows® Ogee profile Architraves.
Mouldings
Architraves, Curved Architraves, Skirting, Cornice, Pelmets, Coving, Picture rails, Weather boards, Drip moulds, Thresholds.
Cills
All bespoke made to order, hardwood, any section size and profile to suit your requirements. Segmental Bay Cills pre-made and assembled.
Window Boards
Various profile options available, generally 28mm, cut to length with radiused ends and tongues, if required.
Material options include 25mm or thicker Redwood, Poplar, Meranti, Oak, 25mm or 30mm moisture resistant mdf.
Large Bay window boards and soffits in plywood or mdf.
Balustrading
Handrail, Base rail, square Newel posts and Sticks with stop chamfers, if required. Newel caps, replacement Treads.
Gallows Brackets
Traditional or modern designs.
Other Products
Fascias, Soffits, Infill panels, Pilasters, Plinths, Lintels.
Sheet materials and veneered boards accurately cut to size.
Finishing & Painting
All products are sanded, available unpainted, prime only or spray painted.
Standard specification for spray painted products is one coat of primer followed by two top-coats of Teknos Aquatop 2600-23.
RAL colours or Teknos matched Farrow & Ball colours.
External products are brushed with two coats of clear water-based preservative.
Wrapped for transport.
